WOW – I have been gone from this site for so long!
I hope you have managed to find heaps of good paper crafts for your children among all the crafts already up here. I am just getting near the end of our busy busy time at home with some big work events, lots of fun but busy home events, home projects and now processing lots of our home grown produce as Autumn / Fall rolls in. I am really excited about trying out some of the paper craft ideas I have been collecting.
I hope you have a look around and have some fun here too!!
Gmail Users If you use gmail (the Google email program) you may have the new ‘tabbed’ interface. If you are signed up to receive our newsletters you may notice that they now turn up in the ‘Promotions’ tab, as shown.
If you click on the ‘Promotions’ tab you will see the newsletter.
If you would like these to come into your ‘Primary’ tab just drag the email with your mouse as shown and drop it on the ‘Primary’ tab. This will be remembered by gmail from there after.
You can also ‘Right Click’ on the email and select the tab you would like to achieve the same thing. I hope this helps out a few folk.
We have had so much fun making the crafts for the next paper crafts for children newsletter.
This is some of the colorful mess that we made for one of the crafts. The craft that made this mess is my new favourite … well for this week anyway!!
The next newsletter is due out soon – all the crafts are done, photos are all ready, and another worksheet has been made for this one – just writing it to go.
Although he is a bit of a craft rookie, he still likes to have a go and sometimes something new and fun comes from his muddling. I look forward to seeing what sorts of things he finds to share with us all. He will add to the fun of the site for me, and I hope for you as well.
As happens every year around this time – so much is crammed into a few months. I hope you do not mind if you have been calling in for new ideas and there has been nothing added recently – but they will be back! I have lots and lots of ideas – just need to make them and share them.
It is summer at the moment where we live so we also have our school summer holidays. Here are some of the things I have been doing instead of paper crafts …
I hope you have all had as much fun with your families and friends over the last few months as we have.
Yours in craftyness, Sarah Craftylocks
Sorry I have not had much to post lately, we have had a busy few weeks that has kept me away from the paper crafts and the computer.
First of all I got a bit carried away with a fundraiser which was supposed to involve organising a donation based morning tea with friends and work mates. I thought it would be more effective over a number of days so I baked morning tea for two workplaces for the entire week. LOTS of baking but it was worth it, we raised a good amount for the charity.
Then I was working on our costumes for fun mid-winter event – a run involving lots of muddy obstacles. The children wanted me to brush my hair, and we thought that suited a lions mane – so we went as a lion and lion tamer. Lots of fun!
