Paper Plate Dinosaur
July 26th, 2012 by Craftylocks

This paper plate craft appealed to me as it uses one paper plate to get all the different shapes to make the dinosaur.

Sketch the designs onto a paper plate as pictured, they do not make a lot of sense at this stage, but they are helpful in guiding which are the important parts of the plate to decorate.
Decorate the paper plate with whatever method takes your fancy. We have dabbed some different colors onto the plate, and have left the areas that will eventually be discarded as blank.
Cut the shapes out and join them up with split pins. You could also staple the pieces together but it is so much more fun with the split pin as then the legs can run.
